Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days once we receive your payment. If you pay by e-check, we will ship your order once your payment is cleared.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Ship only in the USA.
Shipping cost is non-negotiable. Please do not email us after purchasing to reduce shipping.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
All orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee if not cancelled withing 12 hours of payment.
RETURN POLICY & WARRANTY
We offer a 14 days return, buyer pays shipping, and there will be a 20% restock fees for un-wanted items.
Return item(s) must be in original condition. Any physical damage to returns such as soldering or modified bases will not be accepted. We will inspect all returned products before accepting them.
Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
If you purchase the wrong item we are happy to assist you with an exchange within 5 days upon delivery.
Buyer is required to pay two-way shipping and are subject to exchange fees.
We offer a ONE YEAR Warranty full replacement warranty on ALL of our products.
We also offer a Limited lifetime warranty on SELECT products. BOTH warranties cover manufacturer defects only.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges NO EXCEPTION. You agree to pay two-way shipping when you purchase from us.
Our warranty only covers for manufactured defects. Prior to installation customer must inspect all product. All defects must be report to 15 SPORTS within 5 days after package is received.
We pride in customer services and also encourage our customer to provide good communication with us; therefore we can serve you better and be able to ship your items out promptly. Please double check your email SPAM or JUNK mail folder for our email just in case.
Buyers are required to obtain an RMA (Return Manufacturer Authorization #) from us before returning anything back to us. Packages sent without approved RMA # will be rejected at shipper's expense. Defective products will be offered exchange only, for DOA (Dead on Arrival Product)
If the product is found to be not defective upon inspection and was reported within 5 days upon period, buyer will also be responsible for paying shipping/handling fee to us before we return the item.
All faulty products due to improper installation or improper use will NOT be covered by the warranty. Any physical damage such as soldering or modified bases will void your warranty as well. We will inspect all returned products before accepting them.
Check or money order payments, please contact us. Credit Card is accepted. Payment must be received within 3 days. There is a 9% sale tax for all California residents.
Flash sales, weekly promotions, and holiday sales are only valid on the dates specified in each event. OutdoorsportsUSA does not offer price adjustments or credits of any kind if your order is not placed within the specified time period. For weekly promotions/coupons please subscribe to our mailing list.
